Server Outages during the month as follows:
The servers have maintained constant service since the beginning of this month. Other than the minimal re-boots necessary for software upgrades and setting changes.
Dial-up Access Outages this month as follows:
Some recently added Network I customers were denied access the morning of the 1st due to a database transfer error which occurred during the night. We are told that all services have been restored and we have tested and confirmed this for a few accounts.
We still await re-connection at our co-location facility. Until that connection is available out servers are being hosted at our Sacramento Facility. Ironically, we seem to have little trouble with our servers when they are hosted here as opposed to at the co-location facility.
