Server Outages during the month as follows:
April 18, 2001 : Experiencing problems with e-mail and telnet services. Had to manually re-boot servers, and services were restored.
Dial-up Access Outages this month as follows:
No failures to report. The dial-up authentication servers are undergoing software and database upgrades. As a result, the databases need to be flushed routinely. It generally takes about 1 minute to complete the flush, which can occur 3 or 4 times a day. If you experience problems dialing in, try again in a minute or so.
